1. Registration and Enrollment:
1.1 To enroll in Ballers Football Academy, participants must complete the registration form accurately.
1.2 Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The academy reserves the right to limit the number of participants.
2. Fees and Payments:
2.1 Payment must be made in full upon registration, unless otherwise specified in a payment plan.
2.2 Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of medical necessity with proper documentation.
3. Schedule and Attendance:
3.1 Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If unable to attend, the academy must be notified in advance.
3.2 The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1 Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of behavior, including respect for coaches, teammates, and opponents.
4.2 Any disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the academy.
5. Health and Safety:
5.1 Participants must be in good health and free from any contagious illnesses to attend sessions.
5.2 In case of injury or illness during a session, the academy will take appropriate action. Parents or guardians will be notified promptly.
6. Equipment:
6.1 Participants are responsible for their own soccer gear, including appropriate footwear, shin guards, and water bottles.
6.2 The academy is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
7. Photography and Media:
7.1 The academy may use photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. Parents or guardians who do not wish their child to be featured must inform the academy in writing.
8. Termination of Enrollment:
8.1 The academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant for repeated violations of the code of conduct or failure to meet financial obligations.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
9.1 Ballers Football Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
